Pascal Seka of Rangers International FC of Enugu has won the red card appeal filed against the referee’s decisions during Match day 2 reschedule match.
The red card issued to Rangers Int’l in their rescheduled league game against Insurance of Benin two weeks ago has been overturned by the LMC.
Remember that striker Pascal Seka was sent off in the match by the centre referee in the tie which Rangers lost 2-1.
