Ahead of Enyimba’s Caf Confederations cup quarter-final second leg clash against Pyramids of Egypt at the Aba Township Stadium on Sunday afternoon, Goalkeeper John Noble has refused to rule out his side chances of progressing despite trailing 4-1.

The People’s Elephant after going ahead as early as the first minutes through Victor Mbaoma, suffered a humiliating 4-1 defeat to Pyramids in the first leg played at the June 30 Stadium in Cairo Egypt last Sunday.

With the Egyptians having the better advantage, Super Eagles Goalkeeper John Noble believes his team stands a chance of progressing to the next stage of the competition insisting that they are fired up to go all out to overturn the four goals deficit in Aba on Sunday.

“We as a team are not really happy with the result we got in Egypt, but tomorrow (Sunday) we are going all out to fight knowing too well it’s our home and in football anything is possible”,He told our correspondence.

“We are motivated, the State Government are solidly behind us, we know the magnitude of the huge task we have ahead of us, we know Nigerians are looking up to us, we have been talking to ourselves to make sure we come up with a good result”, He concluded.

Enyimba where knocked out in the quarter-finals of the Caf Confederations cup by Horoya of Guinea last season now needs three unreplied goals against Pyramids to better their previous outing.
