The Oyo State Football Association Chairman Oba James Odeniran the Alakinyele of Akinyele reiterated that the key to successful 2021 is their focus to developing grassroots football in the state.
In his interview with www.goalintense.com.ng correspondence we recount their achievements with the crew.
“We thank God generally for what he has done for us 2021 under review”.
“At the beginning of the year We planed for many competitions to develop the grassroots football in the state and we were able to organise the U13 and U15 competition which was a success and the state competed at the national U13/U15 competition. The success story was that some of our boys were selected for the Zenith U13/U15 future Eagles.

“We supported private individuals who organises football competition and we had lots of grassroots football competition in all nook and corner of the state which is also a good sign.
We also assisted many of our Football Academy by giving them the enabling environment and what it takes to float a Football Academy and today they are all doing well with their strategic plan and vision to achieve their set goals.”
