In line with its resolve to develop and nurture talents to stardom, the management of the Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan, has promoted four members of the 2022 U-15 team to Team B.
The 2022 set of the U-15 team, it will be recalled, finished second in the NPFL/LaLiga Promise Youth League, after losing 0-2 in the final to host, Remo Stars in Ikenne.
Following their excellent display, the club has decided to promote Afolabi Samad, Rahman Abdulsalam, Abass Abubakar, and Oloyo Martins to the Feeder Team, otherwise addressed as Team B.
The four young lads are presently part of the Team B squad taking part in the 2023 season of the Nationwide League One (NLO).
Speaking on the development, the Executive Chairman of 3SC, Honourable Babatunde Olaniyan Akoro, said the move was part of efforts to ensure that the club achieves its aim of developing and grooming talented footballers, who will become the future stars of the Oluyole Warriors.
