Basking in the euphoria of his brilliant form after scoring four goals in five games in the Benin Republic top-flight League, Al-Amin Adeniyi Adegbite says he plans to reproduce that form in the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL), as he targets a move to Europe with Remo Stars.

The striker who started his football career with Karamon FC Academy, says he owes his development to the team as the club in 2021 gave him the platform to attend his first football trials in Coutonu, Benin Republic.

According to Adegbite, “I had a trial with Association Sportive Dragons FC de l’Ouémé known as AS Dragons de l’Ouémé, where I proved myself by showing the qualities am made of. At the end of intense training with Dragon FC, I was lucky as I got signed.

” In the Benin Republic top-flight league, I did make a mark for myself, as I scored four goals in five games and made three assists for my team.

“Though it was a brief stint, am now back in Nigeria, after signing a deal with Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) leaders Remo Stars of Ikenne.

” I hope to replicate my goal scoring form with Remo Stars once I start getting playing team.

“Coach Gbenga Ogunbote and other staff of Remo Stars have been professional with their dealings with me since I arrived, and this has spurred me on as am eager to hit the ground running.”
