Senior Special Assistant on Sports to Lagos State Governor, Adeboye Anthony Adeyinka, has said without sentiments, that, Barrister Seyi Akinwunmi is the best man to take over the affairs of the Nigerian football federation, NFF.
Adeboye made this bold statement recently, saying that with what Akinwunmi has done for football in his time as vice president of the NFF, gives him an edge over other candidates vieing for the post of the NFF president.
Added that, even though, other contestants are good, but, that Akinwunmi is the most capable and heavenly gifted to take Nigerian football to a prestigious level.
“I want to say without any iota of doubt that, Akinwunmi deserves to be the next president of the NFF, because, he has done excellently well, since he has been the vice president of the NFF”.
“He has come with so many positive ideas, that has transformed millions of youths to become world stars, that has made this country and their family proud” he said
“This election is going to be one of the best in the history of our elections, because, the whole nation should vote for Akinwunmi, whose vision and passion to put Nigeria football in the highest level of global football is incomparable with others aspirants”.
” I strongly believe, with his laudable and glaring achievements, he will become the next person to take over the helms of affairs of the NFF” he added
Adeboye, is the chairman of Smart City Football Club of Lagos, and he is giving his full support and backing to current Lagos state, fa chairman, barrister Seyi Akinwunmi to become the next NFF president.
