Kayog Sports International in conjunction with Oyo State Football Association is the organizer of the royal rumble that brings the people of Ibadan together with a royal masterclass.
The competition according to the Chairman organizing Committee, who doubles as a member of Oyo State Football Association, Mr John Kayode Ogunleye popularly known as Coach John Kay said the competition is designed to strengthen the existing peace and tranquility amongst the Ibadan interior dwellers(Agboole).
According to him: “Ibadan is not only an ancient City but a city with rich history of culture and traditions. It welcomes everyone including foreigners to succeed beyond bound, therefore, we should further consolidate the identity with this tournament. The maiden edition was in 2019 and this one will be an improve on the previous” said the veteran Ibadan Coach
Emphasizing the roles played by the traditional rulers in making Ibadan a repository of peace and habitable for all, the soft spoken gaffer said football is one of the most potent instruments of unity, therefore, the competition will afford our youths to know the status of our traditional rulers who contributed to this virtues. The title of ascendancy like Obas, Chiefs, Baale, who are always in one accord to ascend leadership position has never been distrupted”. He concluded
