Kano Ready For Nigerian Youths As YSFON Concludes Plans For Ramat Cup

The Youth Sports Federation Of Nigeria YSFON says it has mapped out concrete and formidable plans to ensure that the 2021 edition of the internationally acclaimed Ramat Cup competition gets the desired boost and attention despite the fear of the Coronavirus pandemic

President of the foremost Youth Sports organising body and Deputy Governor of Kano State, Dr Nasiru Gawuna says the Kano State Government is seriously committed to giving the Nigerian Youths the necessary opportunity to improve their well-being by engaging them meaningfully through football

Dr Gawuna says although there is the common fear of Covid-19 Pandemic,he assured all visiting teams that the Kano state government is determined to protect every participants by providing the enabling environment to guarantee their safety

YSFON Insists that every Coronavirus safety protocols would be strictly adhere to during the tournament and warns the players and officials to abide by NCDC guidelines through out the duration of the competition

The annual under 16 football tournament will take place at the popular Kano Pillars stadium in kano from February 5th to 13th

The National Secretary of YSFON Patrick Okpavuerhe says preparations for the Championship started January 13th through state play- offs and will end on the 27th of January 2021

The body advised all state chapters to ensure they register their players accordingly.YSFON insists that respective States must follow the technical Committee’s laid down rules and regulations to ensure that all the players are not overaged

Any state that features ineligible players will be disqualified, the National Secretary added

The Youths Sports Federation Of Nigeria has over the years made wonderful in roads in youth football tournament across the globe discovering great players that have brought honours to the country through their exploits.
