Nigeria’s Curling Team Qualifies for 2024 Youth Winter Olympics in South Korea

The Nigeria curling team has qualified for the youth winter Olympics coming up in South Korea from 19th January to February 2024

This achievement was confirmed from an exclusive interview with the president of the federation Mr Demola Daniel with the hhtps://goalintense.com.ng.

“We are thrilled to have qualified Nigeria to her first-ever appearance in the Winter Youth Olympics. This has been confirmed and ratified by both the World Curling Federation and the International Olympics Committee,” Mr Daniel said.

The team’s qualification has demonstrated the federation’s commitment to engaging youth in all capacities and encouraging them to become great through sports, particularly in the discipline of curling 🥌

Nigeria is the first and only African country that will represent the continent in the sport of curling in two deciplaine Mixed and mixed doubles.
