Respected football administrator, Olisa Onuchukwu has expressed interest in being the next chairman of Warri Wolves FC of Delta State.
Onuchukwu, who spent over a decade playing the round leather game, home and abroad at the highest level before venturing into football management, highlighted his qualities and how he would integrate his managerial skills to help change the dwindling fortunes of the club.
“I have been handling teams both home and abroad for many years and I am very capable to lead Warri Wolves to Success as their next chairman”.
Olisa Onuchukwu who is currently the CEO/Sporting Director of Nnewi United, a privately owned club in Nigeria’s 2nd tier league has overseen the movement and development of young talents in Nigeria and diaspora.
“What the team needs is organization and preparation. I am ready to work with Warri Wolves management of given the chance.” Onuchukwu stated.
The management and technical crew of Warri Wolves were dissolved by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa on Sunday.
