In collaboration with ProStar Sports International, the Nigerian National League (NNL) will host the January 2025 Monthly Awards Ceremony on February 13, recognizing excellence in Nigerian football. This initiative celebrates outstanding performances from players, coaches, referees, and teams, highlighting the league’s competitiveness.
Among the awardees, Abdullahi Umar (Kebbi United FC) clinched both the Most Valuable Player and Highest Goal Scorer awards after netting four goals, including the season’s first hat-trick. Oladideji Joshua (Crown FC) secured the Best Goalkeeper award with three clean sheets, while Coach Emmanuel Deutsh (Solution FC) was named Best Coach for guiding his team to two victories. Gateway United FC earned recognition as the Best Behaved Team, and Babatunde Toafeek (Gateway United FC) won Goal of the Month.
ProStar Sports International, the official partner of the NNL, reaffirmed its commitment to football development, providing top-tier kits and equipment to elevate league standards.
