MFM FC midfielder Legbara Barry believes relegation is not part of his team idealogy as he believed they have enough arsenal that would see them avoid the drop this season.
The Olukoya Boys have endured torrid times this season having gone seven games without a win which has casted much doubts over their chances of remaining in the Nigerian top division football league the NPFL.
The midfielder in a chat with our correspondence insisted that relegation is not in the club’s ideaolgy.
“We are not thinking of relegation, the team spirit is high now we won last week Sunday and went away to pick a point and we will be beating Nasarawa United come Sunday, we will not see relegation because it’s not part of MFM”, he affirms.
He also expressed excitement over the the appointment of coach Olalekan Gabriel as he discribed him of being an amazing coach.
“Coach Gabriel has been amazing and we’re happy working with him”, he said.
The Lagos based side, MFM FC will host the solid miners, Nasarawa United in their Matchday thirteen fixtures of the Nigerian professional football league on Monday.
They currently sit 14th on the NPFL log standings with 14 points.
