The chairman of Oyo State Football Association Oba James Odeniran has on behalf of the entire members congratulated the minister of Youth and Sports Development Mr Sunday Dare as the new Agbaakin of Ogbomoso.
This was stated in a statement signed by the General Secretary of the association Mr Kehinde Ojelowo.
The intelligent former FIFA barged retired refree described the minister as the Messiah who has brought sanity to our Sports Development.
“The Minister has been so dedicated to bringing sanity into our Sports Development and he also believed investing in the Youth is the way to go for better Nigeria.
Oba Jimoh Oladunni Oyewumi Ajagungbade III ,the Soun of Ogbomoso land on Thursday March 11th conferred the traditional title of Agbaakin on the Minister in recognition of his contributions to the development not only in the town but also in Nigeria at large.
The Chairman however believed the Minister will not only break new grounds for the Youths but also implement policies that will help Nigeria sports strive again.
On behalf of the entire Oyo State Football loving fans the chairman OYSFA prayed for the Minister.
“We pray that Almighty God will continue to protect and strengthen him in delivering the best of service to the society at large” the chairman concluded.
