PENSIONERS` FM GM CHALLENGES STAFF ON COMMITMENT, PROFESSIONALISM

    Commitment, passion and professionalism remain key tools for a successful career in the media profession.

    These were the words of, Dr BABATUNDE TIAMIYU, during his inaugural staff forum as General Manager of Pensioners FM.

    According to him, to succeed in today’s media circle, staff must be ready to give their total commitment to the profession.

    Dr TIAMIYU promised to prioritize the welfare of staff, ensure training and re-training, as well as come up with new ideas jointly with members of management to turn around the fortune of the station.

    While thanking the Board and Management of the station for the confidence reposed in him, he also lauded the founding General Manager, Mr LERE SHITTU, for laying a solid foundation for the station.

    Present at the meeting were the Head of News, Mr PIUS NSABE, Head of Marketing, Mrs FOLAKE ODEYEMI, and the Head of Operations, Mr IBIWUNMI ISHOLA.

    Some members of staff at meeting expressed optimism that the new leadership would take the station to greater heights.
