Redemption City Football Final: Best Talent FC Set to Face Grace Arcade in Showdown for Glory

All eyes will be on the Redeemed High School Stadium, Mowe, Ogun State, this afternoon as Best Talent Football Club of Mowe takes on Grace Arcade FC in the grand finale of the Redemption City Football Competition. Scheduled for 4 PM today, Sunday, April 20th, 2025, the final promises a high-octane contest filled with skill, grit, and ambition.

Best Talent FC, a team on an unbeaten run, dominantly cruised into the final, dismantling KIC FC 6-1 in the semi-final. The team, already boasting a recent trophy from a tournament in Ikenne Remo, is confident and will be looking to add yet another laurel to their growing collection.

Speaking ahead of the final, Head Coach Farouk Yusuf shared his optimism and confidence. “We’re fully prepared—physically, mentally, and tactically—to lift this title in grand style. Our focus remains on playing with integrity and a professional mindset,” said the former Coca-Cola Football Manager, while acknowledging Grace Arcade as a formidable opponent.

General Manager Sikiru Ibrahim (SK) highlighted the importance of the competition as a part of their pre-season blueprint. “Pre-season tournaments like this aren’t just for fitness—they’re critical for fine-tuning strategies, testing combinations, and building team chemistry. Today’s game will help us assess our strengths and areas to improve,” he stated.
