Sincerity, Diligence and Hard work makes the management respect a Coach – Monsur Abdullah (Aboki Coach)

    The former Delta Queens head coach, Monsur Abdullah known as Aboki Coach, has hinted his colleagues on how to earn respects from the football administrators and management. Goal Intense Sports can report.

    The versatile Coach stated this during a live interview on a WhatsApp platform (Sports World) on Friday. He said:

    “Coaches need to be sincere , diligent, and hard working to command respect from the fans and management apart from winning games”

    The former Warri Wolves head coach, further stated the challenges face by Coaches in Nigeria, he said:

    “Challenges coaches faced today is political players.”

    “Many of the players are average and they will have to impo

    se this players on you and even go behind you to draft them in when you prove too disciplined and principled.”

    “During my stay at Delta Force a lot of happened but I enjoyed my stay with my players and assistants coaches because I was sincere and I carried everyone along. Same thing happened during my stay at Baylesa Queens too but we thank God.”

    Talking on the coach vast experience in the South South, he said:

    “I am the first northerner to work in Warri Wolves, Bayelsa United and Queens, Bonny Island. All my life I have coached in South South for almost a decade and it was fun with a whole lots of experience”.

    However, when asked about his prefference on best coach as regards developing and discovering talents he picked Coach Danjuma, the current U20 head coach.

    ” Pastor Christopher Danjuma will be ranked first because of his prowess in the discovery of great players. During the last U20 World Cup, there were 5 to 8 players who never played U17 and U20 games and made the team for instance, Aisha Bello, Gift and host of others.”

    Coach Abdullah has whole lots of experience especially when it comes to female football in Nigeria.
