Sunshine FC Problem is More Than What We Can See – Dogo

The Sunshine gaffer Kabiru Dogo has again started on a poor note on the home soil at the Akure Township Stadium by playing a one all draw.

The Owena whales gaffer speaking to Goal Intense Correspondent about NPFL match day two:

“Despite that we manage to play we still play better than Warri Wolves. The Penalty that was disqualified is left to the NRA and FA to decide what happen and why he disqualified the penalty.”

Speaking on whether the league is ripe to start using VAR he said:

“I think NPFL needs VAR for the league to improve.”

Answering question on his inability to include his new players in the Match Day Team List he said:

“We were unable to register them and clear them for the League game which I know the management has been doing their best to make sure all the players signed and cleared and are eligible for the our next game.”

However, the coach did not shy away from saying something about the fans on sunshine FC

 “Anybody that has followed the team will know that we have been doing well and even during played well in the preseason.”

“The problem is more than what we can see and I think the people of Ondo State should look inward and know that this team belongs to them.

The Akure warlords will be on away to Rangers International of Enugu for NPFL Match Day Three.
