Shooting Stars assistant coach Kabiru Alahusa is happy with the team performance and also stated that the team is gradually coming up.
Speaking with the media after 3SC edged the Insurance of Benin out of the governor Dapo Abiodun Pre-Season Tournament, the 2004 Nigeria Premier League highest goal scorer said 3SC will definitely get their desired results.
“We are just coming up hopefully we will surely get to the optimum level.”
“We maintained about 80% of the players who played this tournament last year and our plan is to win it again if God says Yes.”
The former Julius Berger center forward said they have been preparing hard for the upcoming NNL season and their desire is to win the league.
“We are preparing hard and our mission is to win the league. This is part of the preparations to ensure that we are in good shape. We will surely win it.” He concluded.
