The Board of Nigeria Women Premier League has released draws for the 2019/20 edition of the league.
The draws which was held in Edo State saw the return of the former champions Pelican Stars who was relegated in 2018, BSN Reports.
The 16 teams were divided into 2 groups of 8 teams that will slug it out for the league title.
Group A consists of Pelican Stars, Nasarawa Amazons FC, Sunshine Queen, Bayelsa Queen, Avis Angels, Confluence Queen, Dream Stars FC and Edo Queen.
While group B has Rivers Angels, Ibom Angels, Royal Queens, Osun Babes, FC Robo Queen, Delta Queen, Adamawa Queen and Heartland Queen.
The league is scheduled to kick off March 18th and end on June 24th, 2020.
