The shooting stars gaffer Edith Agoye has complained bitter on the bad state of the MKO Abiola International stadium.
The former Esperance of Tunis winger said it after the game against FC Nilayo of Abeokuta:
“The pitch we played on it’s in a bad state and not a pitch for football, It really affected our pattern of play.”
The NNL match Day 4 against the Abeokuta side ended in a draw with much complaint from the referee and the ARs.
The 1995 FA Cup winner expressed his view on the game and his goal keeper’s injury:
“I think its not a bad one and we are very happy and we are pushing a game at a time. On Micheal Uweru, I believe the medical team of shooting stars will go in and access him and we hope its not something serious and within 2 to 3 days.”
Shooting Stars FC next game is against Ekiti United on Sunday 22nd December, 2019.
