Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq who is the Governor of Kwara State together with Ambassador Yahaya Seriki, Mashood Mustapha, Honourable Olawoyin and other respected dignitaries were in attendance on Thursday, October 14, for the 8-day Fidau prayer for Alhaja Zainab Bamidele Aluko.
The deceased who is the mother of former Kwara United Chairman Barrister Bamidele Aluko traveled to the journey of no return after spending 85 years on earth.
But her children would never forget the legacies she left behind during her lifetime most especially her full commitment to serve Allah which was perfectly exemplified.
Ola Aluko who is the protocol officer at Kwara United is among the children Alhaja Zainab Aluko left behind and he made it clear that the memories of his dear mother would live forever.
“I must confess that I am already missing my mum because she was a caring mother and someone who wanted the best for all his children and others.
“One thing I would ever cherish about my late mother is her commitment in reading the Holy Quran when she was alive and I pray for Allah to grant her eternal rest,” Ola Aluko explained.
Late Alhaja Zainab Aluko’s other children are Barrister Bamidele Aluko who is a board member at NBC, Mallam Adeniyi Aluko and Honourable Tunde Bamidele Aluko who is the Chairman Board of Herald Newspaper, Ilorin, Alhaja Mariam Bello and Hajia Fatimah Sulyman.
Ola Aluko also thanked all the personalities who attended the Fidau prayer praying that the Blessings of Allah will visit their households.
