Tennis Players and members of the public who are interested in participating in the maiden edition of Governor Seyi Makinde, GSM Tennis Championship still have a day left to pick up forms as registration closes today, Friday, December 18, 2020.
Registration forms can be obtained at Ibadan Recreation Club, Sabo.
According to the Special Assistant on Sports to Governor Seyi Makinde, Honourable Tobi Oyewumi, who is organizing the event, there have been massive turnout of registrants for the Championship which will be held from the 22nd to 24th December, 2020 at Ibadan Recreation Club, Sabo.
Honourable Oyewumi said the event would be in three categories.
The Junior Category will be for children under sixteen years, the Pro Category is open to all Tennis Players, while the Super Veteran Category, is for Senior citizens above sixty years.
The Special Assistant on Sports noted that amazing prizes await winners of each category of the tournament, which will be held annually in Oyo state.
