The general manager of Shooting Stars FC Mr. Balogun Rasheed has stated that the Oluyole Warriors is a work in progress.
The experienced administrator stated this shortly after the pride of Ibadan lost the final game of the Governor Dapo Abiodun Cup to Kwara United where he equally thanked fans and supporters.
