President, International Sports Press Association, AIPS Africa, Mr Mitchell Obi, has arrived Port Harcourt, Rivers state for the national elections of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria, SWAN, billed for tomorrow, monday.
Also, three former Presidents of SWAN, Alhaji Saidu Abubakar, Mr Steve Alabi and Mr Olu Amadasun, had arrived Port Harcourt for the SWAN Triennial Delegates Conference.
Delegates from thirty six States and Abuja will be electing new national officers that will be at the helms of affairs of SWAN for the next three years.
Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers state, Minister of Youth and Sports, Sunday Dare will declare open the SWAN Triennial Delegates Conference, holding at the Rivers state house of Assembly Complex.
